Stayed for work. Decent room that meets my needs. As stayed for sometime I did sweep behind nightstands, which had some junk but nothing excessive. Coin op washer and dryers $1 a load. I did use a couple dollars on the dryer to get things properly dried. Pool is clean, they use a pool rumba thing every morning. Staff friendly and welcoming, helpful with everything I needed. Convenient location, right off the freeway. Fairly close to Fred Meyer and Safeway. Small fridge, no freezer. That would be been something better I could have used but again I was here for work and staying for some time. They do have rooms with kitchenette but I was fine without. Those passing through, the accommodations, would be just fine.
I stopped here every time I travel south because of the staff, rooms and quietness. Mandy (owner) and I enjoy the coffee very much. The hotel pool and grounds are clean and inviting to kids and pets! If I could stay at a place like this each night in a different city my travels would be very satisfying I highly recommend
The customer service here is top top notch .The front office lady is nothing short of a superhero. Chatted with me made me feel at home ,ade sure I came to eat breakfast even got me some really cool points for signing up for an app for the hotel...Not the most fancy hotel but it's been remodeled the bed doesn't hurt my back and the AC BLOWS MAJOR COLD AIR
This Quality Inn was a nice surprise, because frankly, I've had some less-than-thrilling experiences at some of their properties. Despite the age, this one is well-maintained. The beds were comfy and breakfast hit the spot. I'd definitely stay at this one again!
I was pleasantly surprised with this motel. The breakfast was better than continental - eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. The pool was clean, however I found many of the pool chairs were broken and dirty. I gave 4/5 stars because we found (other people's hairs) in the sink and tub, and the younger female who checked us in when we arrived was very unhelpful (a lot of "I don't know" answers with no attempt or drive to figure the answer out).
Spent a night here when all other hotels were fully booked. The quality of room, quietness and cleanliness blew my expectations. Would definitely again stay here.
Excellent clean hotel. We had a very late check-in at night. They called us to ask if we were still coming and waited for us. We were welcomed very warmly despite the late hour. We especially liked the administrator — very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
Super easy on/off I-5. Check in was smooth and easy. Elizabeth was pleasant and very accommodating. I had made a special request on my reservation and our room was already set up when we arrived. They are very motivated to see that guests have a comfortable stay. They even called the room later to be sure we were happy - which we were. The Room was clean and comfy . The building was charming with plenty of parking outside your room. Breakfast was very good with hot food . I highly recommend this motel for a pleasant and safe stop in Roseburg.
